Edge Wines wins award for Best Wine package from the Hong Kong wine fair

In November of 2009, EDGE Wines entered “The Most Appealing Wine Label for Mainland Market” competition at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair. We were up against a lot of fantastic wineries, but that did not stop us from bringing home the first prize. We are the Champion of Red Wine for all wine brands imported into mainland China. We look forward to continuing our wine partnership with our friends across the ocean.

Napa Valley Cabernet “Edges” Out the Competition Taking Best Cabernet Honors At Food & Wine’s American Wine Awards

Napa Valley, CA (September 12, 2007) – 2004 Edge took top honors in the Cabernet Sauvignon category of “best wines $20 and under” during Food & Wine Magazine’s American Wine Awards, an annual celebration and acknowledgement of the nation’s top wines, wineries, winemakers and importers. Judged by a panel of top wine experts including Robert Whitley, Linda Murphy and Patrick Comiskey, Edge was the number one choice in its category and was noted for its top quality and stylish packaging. The panel collectively decided, “It’s tough to find any Napa Cabernet for $20 these days, much less one this stylish. Ray Signorello, Jr. made this full-bodied, lightly oaked wine from grapes purchased all over Napa Valley, including Stags Leap.” The accolade is celebrated in the publication’s October issue that hit newsstands in mid-September.

Food & Wine will celebrate the Tenth Annual American Wine Awards in San Francisco on October 10th where winemakers, vintners and other industry professionals will accept their honors.
